Unraveling the Legacy: Dive Deep into the World of Casualties of War
In a harrowing tale set during the Vietnam War, loyalty and morality clash as a soldier grapples with witnessing a horrific crime. A battle rages not just against the enemy, but within his soul, as he chooses to expose the darkness among his own.
Casualties of War features a young Sean Penn in a role that significantly changed the public's perception of him as an actor, showcasing his range in a serious, intense drama rather than his previous comedic roles.
The film was inspired by a real-life incident involving the Vietnam War, specifically the 1966 Tiger Force events, which involved American soldiers committing war crimes against Vietnamese civilians.

Toy Story 5 is way better than any 5th iteration of a series has any right to be. Sequels really can keep being good if you give them time. This was a blast for the whole family. It's been a long time since so much of the humor in a movie hit just perfectly. Dads and moms were laughing just as much as the kids. An awesome movie.
Watched this in theaters. Was a fun popcorn movie. I didn't like it as much as the first movie though. The nostalgia moments are a lot of fun for me, but the first movie had a ton of those too.
I need to rewatch this and see if it moves from a like to a favorite for me. I forget about it, see it mentioned, and remember that it was way better than I thought it was going to be. This is a great one to watch if you haven't yet.
