Bleach Fun Facts

The creator of Bleach, Tite Kubo, originally conceptualized the series as a story about Shinigami clad in kimonos. The idea was eventually scrapped for a more modern appearance, but elements of traditional Japanese clothing remain in the Soul Reapers' uniforms.

The author of Bleach, Tite Kubo, named the series Bleach because he associated it with the color white and the concept of purification, both core elements of the Shinigami who cleanse souls.

Frieren: Beyond Journey's End

Season 1 was one of my favorite anime binges in a long time. Such a fun mix of thoughtfulness (movement through time), silliness, and cool scenes (The Ruins of The King's Tomb). I can't wait to watch season 2. I know it's airing as I write this, but I like taking in entire seasons at once if I can manage it.
